4.In an effort to make filing easier the
APMA form was created. It covers hardroock mining, suction dredging
and placer mining. Open the APMA form and answer the questions
below.
a).If you are operating a suction dredge
what permit does the EPA require?
b). US Army Corp of Engineers(COE)may require
authorization if miners are using suction dredges. When/why are
you required to get authorization for COE?
